FAQ

Do I get a physical item or a file?

Your choice. Pick "Printed & shipped" and we print it and post it to you. Pick "Digital file" and you get the STL and 3MF files to print on your own 3D printer; nothing is shipped.

How long does shipping take?

Printed items are made to order and ship within 3–5 business days. You'll get tracking by email once it's on the way.

Can I choose the color of a printed item?

Printed items come in the colors shown. Want something different? Email before ordering and we'll do our best.

What printer do I need for the files?

Any FDM printer with a 220 × 220 mm bed or larger. PLA works for everything; we recommend PETG for cookie cutters.

Can I sell the prints?

The file license is for personal use. Email if you would like a commercial license for selling printed copies.

Something didn't print right. Can you help?

Yes. Email a photo and your slicer settings and we'll help you dial it in.
